What we teach

All of it from the gym’s own posts. Beginners and competitors share the same mats.

Brazilian jiu-jitsu

Gi and no-gi, with stripes and belt promotions along the way. Team members compete at Fuji and UFC BJJ Opens tournaments.

Muay Thai

Striking on pads and in sparring. Two Gastank fighters won their Muay Thai bouts in New Albany in October.

MMA

Grappling and striking put together, from fundamentals all the way to amateur fight cards.

Kids classes

Jiu-jitsu games, discipline and respect. Saturday mornings even have a spot for 3 and 4 year olds.

Homeschool sessions

Daytime classes for homeschool families: jiu-jitsu, MMA fundamentals, movement and confidence. Starting November 13.

Morning classes

Evening times don’t work for you? Come Monday and Friday mornings, 9 to 11.
